Ken graduated from the University of Florida and received his law degree, with honors, at Florida State University. He has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1976 and is also admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of the Middle District of Florida. Ken served in the military as a Lieutenant on Okinawa and in Vietnam and was Special Counsel to former Florida Governor, Bob Graham. Ken donates his legal services to the Guardian Ad Litem program in the representation of abused and neglected children and was honored as the "Guardian Attorney of the Year".
Ken represents people who have suffered personal injuries due to the negligence of others. He is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the American Association for Justice.
